Guests can choose to order-in or eat out at nearby restaurants. A barbeque grill can be arranged and set up at an extra cost. Cooking of non vegetarian food is not allowed, however, ordering-in is allowed. Cooking, consumption, and utilisation of cutlery for non-vegetarian food is not allowed in the villa. However, it can be consumed on the lawn. Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, electric kettle, a mixer-grinder and crockery and cutlery.

There is a splash pool at the property. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.

The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. All-male groups, all-female groups and unmarried couples are allowed, however, a security deposit needs to be paid before check-in.Plucking of flowers/ vegetables/ fruits to be done post checking with the caretaker. The Caretaker may allow the same in reasonable quantities. Playing ball games (cricket / football/ tennis/ golf/ basketball etc) in the lawn area is permitted. Hard cricket balls aren't allowed; soft tennis balls are allowed. No physical sports (cricket/ football/ tennis/basketball, golf etc) are allowed inside the house. Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property for security purposes. You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 5 working days from the check-out date. Guests are required to pay a security deposit between 5,000 to 20,000 based on their booking. The security deposit may increase for big events depending on the management.
The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
