Breakfast here is complimentary. A dinner buffet can be provided at an additional cost. Lunch will be provided at the property on an a la carte basis. A barbecue meal can also be provided at an additional cost for a minimum of 8 to 10 people. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. In case of a power outage, the 24 KVA generator can support the entire premises for up to 8 hours & a 24 KVA inverter that can support all lights and fans for 8 hours too. There is a transformer available too.

Barbecue meal can be made available at an additional cost of Rs.1750 per person exclusive of taxes. A complimentary bonfire session can be availed. A coracle ride in the river can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.100 per person.

While the most important thing about your time here will be spending quality time with your loved ones in a beautiful and private space, the following activities may add a touch of entertainment to the experience: Take a peaceful stroll through the natural lush surroundings. A bird watcher’s haven, get to see different species of birds flock through the area. Situated right by the river, guests can enjoy a round of fishing or just spend a fun-filled evening filled with laughter by the riverside. The riverside area also features 2-3 hammocks where guests can simply unwind and relax. Guests can choose to cycle around the property, go on nature trails/ treks, fishing or try a hand at coracle rides. When the chilly air sets in, guests can request a bonfire to be lit up also while savouring a delicious barbecue meal.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

There are 3 kitchens on the premises out of which guests have access to only 1 live kitchen in the dining area. Guests do not have access to the owner's residence on the same premises.There are 2 other units on the same premises to which guests do not have access.

All mobile networks work well at the property. The manager lives on the premises of the property. All-male groups are not allowed. There are 4 CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes. Guests are advised to not step outside after it becomes dark as the property is close to the forest. The property is inhabited by a friendly dog and some chickens.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.
