Please note that the CCTV cameras capture the common areas such as living room, game room, dining area and exterior areas such as parking, entrance, lawn and other backside areas of the properties. You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link.
