&nbsp;- There are 3 bedrooms at the property. 1 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor. 
&nbsp;- AC, TV, WiFi, electric kettle and attached bathrooms are offered in both the rooms. 
&nbsp;- Queen-sized beds and twin-bed are available in the rooms on the ground, first and second floor respectively. 
 
BATHROOMS 
&nbsp;- There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached. 
&nbsp;- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. 
 
COMMON AREAS 
&nbsp;- This homestay is a true nature-filled escape. With loads of outdoor common areas, guests can enjoy a fun-filled al fresco holiday at Firefly. 
&nbsp;- With the outdoor dining area that can accommodate up to 4 people, a good meal under the canopy of nature and sun-kissed hues is recommended.&nbsp; 
&nbsp;- There is also an indoor dining area that can seat 4 people as well. 
&nbsp;- There is a 100x100 ft. lawn with seating for up to 6 people. 
&nbsp;- There is a swimming pool, 40x15 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. 
&nbsp;- It is accessible from 7 AM to 8 PM 
 
KITCHEN 
&nbsp;- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals. 
&nbsp;- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave. 
&nbsp;- Crockery and cutlery are also available. 
 
FOOD 
&nbsp;- Guests can eat out or order in from nearby restaurants like Bangalore Mandarin, Whitefield Dum Biryani and Popp - Inn Odiya Restaurant. 
 
GUEST ACCESS&nbsp; 
The guests have access to the entire villa. 
 
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS 
The host is present at the property and is always accessible via call or message. The hosts are warm, welcoming, and experienced in hosting. They provide guests with complete privacy by having separate entrances and exits to the rooms, allowing guests to unwind and relax in peace. A trained and responsible manager is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 
 
STAFF ACCOMMODATION 
&nbsp;We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. 
 
ACTIVITIES 
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or read. Guests can also take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty.

&nbsp;While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we&rsquo;d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! 
&nbsp;- Although they don&rsquo;t bother the guests, we must mention there are dogs and cats in their separate enclosures residing in the premises of the same property. 
&nbsp; - Kindly note that there are a total of 3 bedrooms and guests will have access to 3 bedrooms and the common areas.&nbsp; 
&nbsp;- Please do not feed, provoke or tease the pets on the premises. 
&nbsp;- Please note, the host stays on the ground floor of the same property. However, guests have a separate entry. 
&nbsp;- The room on the second floor is accessible through a separate entry as well through a spiral iron staircase and is not suitable for guests who use wheelchairs. 
&nbsp;- Please note that the privacy of the guests is not hampered in any way. 
&nbsp;- Please be advised that additional guests are not permitted on the premises. &nbsp;&nbsp; 
&nbsp;- There are 4 CCTV cameras installed in the common areas for security purposes.&nbsp; 
&nbsp;- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.&nbsp; 
&nbsp;- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 
&nbsp;- All mobile networks work fairly well. 
&nbsp;- Infants are restricted to access the room on the ground floor.&nbsp; 
&nbsp;- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. 
 
HOUSE RULES 
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum at all times. Loud music is strictly not allowed. 
- Please note that visitors are not allowed inside the premises of the property.&nbsp; 
- Alcohol consumption or smoking is allowed only on sit-outs and terraces. Kindly do not bring any eatables or drinks inside the rooms. 
- Guests are requested to wear appropriate footwear near the pool area. 
- Children must always be supervised when in or around the pool. 
- Diving or jumping in the pool is strictly prohibited, given the depth of the pool. 
- Please do not carry eatables or drinks in the pool and refrain from littering the pool. 
- Pets are not allowed at the property 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. 
 
POLICIES 
&nbsp;- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. 
&nbsp;- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. 
&nbsp;- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. Any kind of visitors are not allowed inside the premises of the property. 
&nbsp;- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. 
&nbsp;- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. 
&nbsp;- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. 
&nbsp;- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. 
&nbsp;- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. 
&nbsp;- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.&nbsp; 
&nbsp;- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.&nbsp;
