Yes, pets are most welcome here! Please keep them supervised at all times to ensure there are no damages caused, and most importantly for their own safety in an unfamiliar space. Pets are not allowed on the beds. Pet owners are requested to bring a pet mattress and a poop scoop to clean up after your pets.

Yes, a trained and responsible manager is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the manager, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The manager lives on the premises of the property.
Breakfast is complimentary. All other meals are available in-house at an additional cost. A barbecue meal can also be provided at an additional cost for a minimum of 8 to 10 people. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Outside food is not allowed on the premises of the property.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

In case of a power outage, the 24 KVA generator can support the entire premises for up to 8 hours & a 24 KVA inverter that can support all lights and fans for 8 hours too. There is a transformer available too.
Barbecue meal can be made available at an additional cost of Rs.1700 per person exclusive of taxes. A bonfire session can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1500, per session. A coracle ride in the river can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.100 per person.
While the most important thing about your time here will be spending quality time with your loved ones in a beautiful and private space, the following activities may add a touch of entertainment to the experience: Take a peaceful stroll through the natural lush surroundings. A bird watcher’s haven, get to see different species of birds flock through the area. Situated right by the river, guests can enjoy a round of fishing or just spend a fun-filled evening filled with laughter by the riverside. The riverside area also features 2-3 hammocks where guests can simply unwind and relax. Guests can choose to cycle around the nature trails or try a hand at coracle rides. When the chilly air sets in, guests can request a bonfire to be lit up also while savouring a delicious barbecue meal.
If you wish to step out, here are a few of the activities that we recommend around here: Go to Raja’s Seat and Golden Temple (Namdroling Monastery), visit Abbey Falls and Iruppu Falls, check out Nagarhole National Park and Dubare Elephant Camp.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

There is no pool at this property.
There are 3 kitchens on the premises out of which guests have access to only 1 live kitchen in the dining area. Guests do not have access to the owner's residence on the same premises.
All mobile networks work well at the property. The manager lives on the premises of the property. All-male groups are not allowed. There are 4 CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes. Guests are advised to not step outside after it becomes dark as the property is close to the forest. The property is inhabited by a friendly dog and some chickens.
In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 5 working days from the check-out date.
