There is no pool at the villa.

Guests have access to their room and common areas. Please be aware that the property owner lives on the premises. The guests have access to the first floor which is an independent floor with a separate private entrance, gate, and steps ensuring privacy for both parties.

There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and living room for security purposes. The caretaker and host reside on the premises of the property. All-male groups are not allowed.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed.
