The pantry is equipped with a gas stove, water purifier, crockery and cutlery. The other two kitchens are equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.
When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

Guests can access the home-theatre system for no extra cost. The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.. Raw materials will be charged as per actuals. A bonfire setup can also be availed at an extra charge of Rs. 500 for 3 hours inclusive of raw materials. Guests can arrange an external DJ for themselves at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 for a duration of 3 hours. Please note that DJ can be availed only till 10 PM.

The pool is 20x40 ft. in size and 4.25 ft. in depth. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet. There is a separate kids' section in the pool. Guests can access the pool till 10:00 PM. Pets are not allowed in or around the pool.

The villa is located in a secluded area. This is a pet-friendly property, however, pets are not allowed inside the premises of the villa and near the pool area. Guests are advised to remain cautious of any bugs, insects, or animals as the home is surrounded by natural vegetation. The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. Please note that Nashik locals are not allowed. The road leading up to the villa might not be concrete. Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.

Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link.
