Yes, pets are most welcome here, however, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets. Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. Please keep them supervised at all times to ensure there are no damages caused, and most importantly for their own safety in an unfamiliar space.

Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The staff members live on the premises of the property. The staff will be available from 6 AM to midnight.
Guests can eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. Crockery and cutlery are also available.
When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

It is 4x8 metres in size and up to 6 ft. in depth. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. Pets are not allowed in or around the pool. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.
There is no restriction to access any part of the house.
Kindly keep all windows and doors shut throughout the day, especially during monsoons, given the presence of insects around. Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members. The caretaker will not travel to the market to purchase any guest requirements. This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik. The location of the villa is secluded. There are 2 friendly dogs residing at the property. The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas. Guests are requested to keep all the windows shut during the evenings as a preventive measure as the property may be prone to insects and bugs. A baby bassinet can be provided upon demand. All-male groups are not allowed. Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
