Space: 
Let me walk you through the villa: 
 
Bedrooms: (1 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor) 
- All bedrooms have oil heaters 
- All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request 
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms

Living Room: 
- The living room is spacious and has a seating arrangement for 10 people 
- A flat-screen TV and WiFi are available in the living area 
- Playing cards are available

Bathrooms: 
- The villa has 3 private bathrooms. 
- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply 
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided 
&nbsp; 
Kitchen : 
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.&nbsp; 
- It is equipped with a water-purifier, crockery and cutlery.&nbsp;

FOOD 
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. 
- Please note that the meal package will include lunch, high tea, dinner, and breakfast. 
- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. 
- Jain meals are available upon request. 
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 
- A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge. Raw materials for the same will be charged as per actuals. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. 
-&nbsp;Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

House Rules: 
- No loud music or shouting is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM 
- No pets allowed at the villa 
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Guest may smoke outdoors. 
- IDs are required for all guests

- A torch is available 
- An iron is available 
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per use.&nbsp; 
- Secured parking space for 2 cars is available

- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. 
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. 
- Kindly note that only family groups are allowed. Unmarried couples and groups of friends are not allowed.&nbsp;

The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 
 
POLICIES: 
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. 
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. 
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. 
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. 
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. 
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. 
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. 
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
