Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker lives near the property.

Guests can relish a complimentary South Indian breakfast. Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. Guests will have to purchase their own materials. Guests can order food online or from outside. Crockery and cutlery are available.

Wake up to the melodious chirping of birds and get in touch with nature, in spite of being so close to the city. Take a peaceful walk by the lawn or the coconut plantation. The terrace is the perfect place to relish a mouth-watering barbecue with a view under the quaint sky.

Besides contemporary pubs, discos and hangout spots, you can also find the remnants of the famous older Bangalore food joints. So, while you’re enjoying your luxurious stay at this property, things we recommend that could make your stay even more memorable are Bangalore Palace, Cubbon Park or Bannerghatta National Park.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

There is no pool at the property.

The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. Mobile networks like BSNL/Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here. Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. The caretaker stays near the premises of the property.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 5 working days from the check-out date.
