The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available 24/7.
All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

The pool is 15ft x 30ft in size with a 4.5ft. depth. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.

Please note that cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed here. All mobile networks work fairly well here. There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property for security purposes. The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters.
