Guests can access the kitchen to cook their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per day. Meals can be provided at an additional cost. A chef is available to cook South Indian cuisine at an additional cost. Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, condiments, refrigerator, microwave and water filter. The utensils are sufficient to cook a simple meal. Crockery and cutlery are available for 8 people.
When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

Shopping at the local market area and boating in the river. A visit to the historical heritage temples and churches in Tripunithura, Mattancherry Synagogue, Fort Cochin and Hill Palace Museum.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 3 working days from the check-out date.
The guests have access to the entire villa and the garden. The host is present at the villa. Apart from there a well trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
