Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian meals are priced at Rs. 2750 per person, per day. Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices. For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 48hrs prior to the check-in date. The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen. Meal prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

The pool is is 40x20 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth and can be used from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.
There is no restriction to access any part of the house.
This property is ideal to host families only. Please note that all-male and female groups are not allowed. Guests are advised to remain cautious of bugs and insects owing to the river and the surroundings. The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
