Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker does not stay on the premises of the property but will be available throughout your stay.
Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. If not adhered to, check-in will be denied. This property is situated in Chanfi, Bhimtal. There are no CCTV cameras that capture areas of the property for security purposes. Jio networks work fairly well here.
Please note, the max occupancy of the villa is 14, including infants, kids & adults. No additional guests will not be allowed.

If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link.
