1. Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund.
2. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
3. Refunds are only available if the full payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.

Noise & disturbances: Keep noise levels reasonable, especially between 10 pm and 7 am; no loud parties or events.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
Chewing tobacco: Strictly prohibited with no exceptions.
Pets: Pets are allowed on the property.
