Guests do not have access to the kitchen. However, crockery and cutlery are available.
When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!
A Jio dongle will be available at the property, however, the network may vary subject to availability at any given time.
In case of power outage, the generator can support all appliances for upto 24 hours.
A barbeque kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge. Guests can access the ATV rides at an additional charge of Rs. 2500 per hour. For a minimum of 30 minutes, Rs. 1500 will be charged. The steam room, pool table, bar area, and outdoor fireplace can also be accessed by the guests for no extra charge. Any damages to the property will be chargeable. Using the swimming pool beyond 8:30 PM will be chargeable at an additional cost of Rs. 2500 per hour. A bonfire can be arranged for the guests at an additional cost of Rs. 1800 per hour. Additional visitors will be charged Rs. 2000 per person.
While the most important thing about your time here will be spending quality time with your loved ones in a beautiful and private space, the following activities may add a touch of entertainment to the experience: Within the property, guests can play golf, pool, soft archery, darts, cards, croquet. Guests can explore the farm, go for walks in nature, enjoy cycling nearby, laze in the garden. There are also provisions for ATV rides around the property. They can simply unwind by the infinity pool or choose to sip on their favourite drinks while having fun catching up session in the bar area. They can relish a scrumptious barbecue and request for a bonfire to be lit up. They may use the golf buggy to move around the property, make the most of the multi-functional gym, and relax in the steam room.
Guests can go for walks in nature or enjoy cycling nearby. Guests can visit Pinjore Garden, Rock Garden & Rose Garden, Sukhna Lake, Shanti Kunj & Elante Mall.
All guests should keep at least one government authorized ID with them. The caretaker may request to see them when you check in.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

The pool is 24x10 ft. in size and 4 ft. in size. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.
The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen.
The last 50 meters leading up to the villa may not be a concrete road. There are some hens at the farm. Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 3 working days from the check-out date.
