Yes, pets are most welcome here! Please keep them supervised at all times to ensure there are no damages caused, and most importantly for their safety in an unfamiliar space. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to one pet at an additional charge of Rs.1000.

Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker is available from 8 AM to 9 PM.

Breakfast is complimentary. All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 72 hours notice prior to your check-in date. Guests may use the kitchen to reheat their meals. Reheating of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. However, consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

End your day under the starry sky by the bonfire, sharing stories and reveling in the villa’s serene charm.

If you wish to step out, here are a few of the activities that we recommend around here: Go to Raja’s Seat and Golden Temple (Namdroling Monastery), Visit Abbey Falls and Iruppu Falls, Check out Nagarhole National Park and Dubare Elephant Camp. P.S. Most of the town doesn’t require air conditioners. Now you can only imagine how good the weather is, all year round!

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

No - Loud music is not allowed post 9 PM.

There is no pool at the property.

Please note, this is a 4 bedroom property and guests have access to only their 3 rooms on the first floor and the common areas. Guests do not have access to the two bedrooms and living area on the ground floor.

There are CCTV cameras that capture the external area of the property for security purposes.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.
