Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property but will available from 7 AM to 9 PM.

There is a kitchen and a kitchenette which is a part of the family suite. Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 per day. All meals are available in-house on an a la carte basis. Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guests can order in from a fixed A La Carte menu of select restaurants. We prepare meals on request and need a day’s notice as we are pretty much in the forest!

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, crockery and cutlery.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

Wi-Fi although offered, is subject to network availability to any given time.

We are unable to offer power backup, however, there is an inverter power bulb in all common areas.

Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 4000 for a duration of 4 hours. An additional Rs. 1000 will be levied for every subsequent hour. Iron can be provided on request. Pick-up and drop facilities can be arranged, at an additional cost.

While the most important thing about your time here will be spending quality time with your loved ones in a beautiful and private space, the following activities may add a touch of entertainment to the experience: Take a leisurely stroll on the lawn. Devour a sumptuous warm meal around the bonfire. Carry a good read to enjoy peacefully. Soothe your eyes with the beautiful views around. Embark on treks and trails.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Loud music after 10 PM is strictly not allowed and is an enforceable rule. A fine of Rs. 10,000 will be levied in case of a violation of this rule.

Yes, they are. As long as they’re adults, have valid IDs, and are in no way associated with illegal activities - we’re good!

There is no pool at this property.

Guests do not have access to the owner's residence and the other rooms.

All-male groups are not allowed. All mobile networks work fairly well here. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. Kindly note that there are loads of steps leading up to the property, and may not be suitable for young children and senior citizens. There are around 10-15 stairs inside the property premises.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.

We expect our guests to have a lot of fun! This goes most smoothly when everyone is considerate of others around them. We do train the caretakers to resolve any concerns efficiently, but if you still face any issues, we request you to connect with us, and our team will promptly help. You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 5 working days from the check-out date.
