The best way to reach the villa is by a private vehicle. If you would like to travel by public transport, you could get down at Karjat railway station and hire a rickshaw/bus up to our home in Kashele village. Please note that finding local transport from station to the villa could be a challenge.

In case of disruption of power due to fluctuation, we have a backup generator installed. However, this backup power does not support ACs or Geysers, and will also burn out beyond 4 hours of usage. Our homes are environment friendly, and we push our guests to be too. Please use electricity optimally at all times. The pleasant monsoon and oncoming winter season do not require any extreme cooling appliances.

While our home is senior citizen friendly, there is no wheelchair access and limited railing support. There are three bedrooms on the lower floor which are accessed by a flight of stairs without railing support. All bathrooms have anti-skid surfaces. The main gate is connected to the villa by a walkway with railings. Guests are advised to be cautious. There is an open air terrace and pool area, easily accessible from the living room. Upon special request, our caretakers can arrange for Low Salt / Low Spice / Low Fat / Low Sugar for senior citizens. This will need to be mentioned at the time of booking. In case of a medical emergency, the caretaker has the numbers of a doctor-on-call / ambulance service-on-call.

There is a river in close proximity to the villa. Please note that the entrance to the river is sometimes locked. Kindly request the caretaker to help you with this.

Yes, there is a plunge pool about 3 and a half feet deep. The water is chlorinated and there are pool balls for kids to play. As there are no lifeguard facilities, kids are advised to swim under adult supervision. Pool timings are from 9 am - 7 pm. Poolside parties are permitted but alcohol, food and glass bottles are strictly prohibited near the pool so as to avoid accidents.

Bellini is the perfect spot for a staycation. The villa has been furnished with a gaming arcade, a private pool and plenty of board games. Should you choose to venture out, there is river 10 minutes away.
