Breakfast is complimentary and includes tea, coffee, and one freshly prepared hot dish. Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian meals are priced at Rs. 2750 per person, per day. Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices. For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 48hrs prior to the check-in date. The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen. Meal prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. Guests can access the pool till 09:00 PM. Pets are not allowed in the pool.

There is no restriction to access any part of the house.

The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. The exteriors and terrace area are monitored via the presence of CCTV cameras for security purposes. Guests are advised to stay cautious of insects and bugs during the monsoon season. All-male groups are not allowed.

You can pay the security deposit of Rs. 10,000 along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link.
