Yes, pets are most welcome here! Please keep them supervised at all times to ensure there are no damages caused, and most importantly for their own safety in an unfamiliar space. Pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.

Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker resides on the premises and will be available till 10 PM.
Guests can access the kitchen only for reheating purposes. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. The costs for the aforementioned food offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa. Outside food is strictly not allowed.

For water enthusiasts, enjoy the thrill of kayaking in the nearby river, though this activity is subject to weather conditions. (Subject to availability). The pool measures around 16x50 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. Guests can access the pool till 8 PM. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.

There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and exterior areas of the property for security purposes. The road leading up to the property might not be concrete. Kindly be mindful of the property's location and keep doors and windows closed during the monsoon season to prevent bugs and insects from entering. Mobile networks such as Jio work perfectly well here. The property is located in a secluded area. Please note that the living room is not equipped with an AC. Please note that all bedrooms have dual access from the courtyard as well as the lawn. For safety reasons, standing or sitting near the infinity pool's edge is prohibited. Additionally, a few room bookings may not be allowed. Kindly remember to turn off all appliances when they are not in use. Your efforts in conserving power are greatly appreciated and contribute to our collective energy-saving goals. All guests, particularly those engaging in outdoor activities, will be required to complete indemnity forms as a mandatory procedure.

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
