The conference room can be accessed at an additional cost of Rs. 10,000 plus taxes, per hour. No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

The pool is 25x15 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. Guests have access to the pool till 10 PM. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.
Please note that there are multiple villa units at the property. Common areas may be shared. Guests do not have access to the kitchen and one bedroom.
The location of this property is secluded. All-male groups are not allowed. Mobile networks such as Vi work fairly well here. Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings that are as follows: Breakfast - 8:30AM - 10:30AM, Lunch 12:30PM - 2:30PM, High-Tea 5:30PM - 6:30PM and Dinner 8:30PM - 10:30PM. Food will only be served in the gazebo area outdoors, which is a few steps away from the main units. No food will be served in the bedrooms. There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas for security purposes. Back-to-back bookings are not allowed. Please note that there are 2 pools at the property. Guests have access to 1 of them only.
In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs.
