There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

Yes, pets are most welcome here, however, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 1 pet, at an additional cost. Guests will need to pay a refundable security deposit, before their check in date. Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. Please keep them supervised at all times to ensure there are no damages caused, and most importantly for their own safety in an unfamiliar space.

Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker lives nearby the villa.

Guests may only use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and for reheating purposes but not for elaborate cooking.All meals can be provided at an additional cost. The meals will be prepared in the in-house restaurant and will be delivered to the villa.The package comprises lunch, evening snacks, dinner, followed by breakfast (for the next day).Guests are requested to place their order 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Last-minute orders are not allowed.Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Outside food is strictly prohibited at the property.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, crockery and cutlery.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed! While we do ensure the space is clean and comfortable for you, being a home, it may not mimic the feel of a hotel. However, if there is any lapse in terms of cleanliness, please inform the caretaker, and we would also appreciate you bringing it to our notice. We take your feedback very seriously, and take immediate actions to resolve your concerns.

The property is located in a secluded rural area of Maharashtra powered by MSEB. In case of power outages, the Genset can run up to 6 hours in total. Therefore, it'll be turned off after 2 hours for a duration of 1 hours so as to be used throughout the day. There is also an inverter present that will be used for the power supply once the Genset is turned off

Carry card and board games to play - guaranteed, endless fun! Carry a good read to enjoy peacefully. Request for the complimentary 1.5-hour tractor ride to be arranged, which will take you to the lake point and Nakshatra Garden. Soothe your eyes with the beautiful views around.

If you wish to step out, here are a few of the activities that we recommend around here: Walking along the beautiful nature trails in the vicinity. Enjoy basket weaving workshops. Spend some peaceful time near Vada Lake. Visit at Ganesh Temple.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

The pool is 4 ft. deep. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.

There are CCTV camera installed in the outdoor areas for security purposes. Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
