Refund Policy: For cancellations that comply with our policy terms, refunds will be processed as per the details below:

1. Refunds are only available if the full payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.

2. Refunds will be processed within 7-9 days post cancellation request.

Security Deposit Refund Policy: 1,500

Reimbursement will be processed within 4-7 working days post-property inspection. Your strict adherence to this timeline is highly appreciated.

Noise: Keep noise levels reasonable; no loud parties or events.

Smoking: No smoking inside. Use designated outdoor areas.

Chewing Tobacco: Strictly prohibited.

Upkeep: Daily cleaning is compulsory. 

Pets: Pets are NOT allowed on the property. 

Accessibility: The property is wheelchair-friendly and suitable for guests with disabilities.

Occupancy: Follow maximum occupancy limits. Additional guests need prior approval.

Damages: Report and take responsibility for damages or breakages. Charges may apply.

Safety: Lock all doors and windows when leaving. We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings. 

Amenities & Facilities: Use the provided amenities and facilities responsibly, and follow any posted guidelines.

Compliance: All guests must comply with local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction and potential legal consequences.

Upkeep: Daily cleaning of our property is compulsory. We kindly request your cooperation with our housekeeping staff.
