There are CCTV cameras that capture the exterior areas of the property for security purposes. Kindly be mindful of the property's location and keep doors and windows closed to prevent bugs and insects from entering. The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. Please note that the property houses 2 friendly trained dogs on the premises.

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 5 working days from the check-out date. Guests are required to pay a security deposit between 5,000 to 20,000 based on their booking. The security deposit may increase for big events depending on the management.
