An all-day meal package including breakfast, lunch and dinner can be provided in house at an additional cost per person, per day. Cooking and ordering-in of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove, and a water purifier. Crockery and cutlery are available for 30 people.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

A barbeque meal can also be arranged at an additional cost.The pool table can be used by 2 people at a time, at an additional cost of Rs. 200 for a duration of 30 minutes. Guests are requested to use the pool table facilities only if they know how to play. Any damages to the table will have to be borne by the guests. Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session, on prior notice.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

There are 5 bedrooms in the main villa, out of which one is occupied by the owner. Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. Stag groups are not allowed. It is mandatory for all guests to carry their COVID-19 negative test reports.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 5 working days from the check-out date.

There is a main villa, an adjoining unit and a treehouse on the premises. Guests have access to their rooms and common areas. The host is present at the property and is always accessible. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
