Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker lives on the premises.

Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional cost. All meals can be provided at an additional cost. Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. Meals with fish will be available as per the availability. Please note that if the meal packages are availed, a 100% advance payment is required at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If guests order from nearby restaurants, an additional cleaning fee of Rs. 1000 will be levied. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Please note that outside cooks, caterers, and tiffin services are strictly not allowed.

It is equipped with a water dispenser, crockery, and cutlery.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

The generator will be available for up to 5 hours at no extra cost per booking in case of a power outage. However, beyond that, an additional charge of 1000 per hour for diesel will apply.

Guests can also choose to order in, however, a utensil cleaning charge of Rs 1000 per day applies for groups of more than 6 guests. Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals for an additional Rs 6000 per night, including the gas cylinder. The heated jacuzzi is available for Rs 1000 per hour and is applicable for stays with 6 guests or fewer. Spa services can be availed at an additional cost. Gun shooting game can be availed at an additional cost. Treatments like Shirodhara and Panchkarma can be availed at an additional cost. An additional mattress for children below 5 years of age can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per day. A bonfire setup can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 3000 per session.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

The pool is 12x15 ft. in size and 3 ft. in depth. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Only 6 people will be allowed in the pool at a time. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.

Guests do not have access to the kitchen and the owner's presidential suite on the second floor of the villa.

There are CCTV cameras that cover the external areas, passages and the living room. All-male groups are not allowed. Guests are requested to not spit inside the property. Food is not allowed in the garden, near the pool, spa, gym or the rain dance area. Only guests above 14 years of age will be allowed to play snooker. Guests are requested to keep the equipment in place after playing. Mobile networks such as Airtel and Vi work fairly well here. All guests, including children, have to present valid ID proof during check-in. Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within five working days from the check-out date.

The guests have access to their rooms and common areas. The host may be present at the property during the weekends, however guests will have their own privacy. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
