The consumption of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is allowed. The price will depend on the individual items ordered. External cooks are not allowed to use the kitchen. Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. Food order once place cannot be cancelled or changed. Outside food is not allowed. The chef can cook for the guests at an additional cost. Food and alcohol is not allowed in the bedrooms. Food consumption only in the restaurant area.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, toaster, induction plate, mixer-grinder, water filter, refrigerator, and a microwave. The utensils are sufficient to cook a simple meal. Crockery and cutlery are available for 20 people.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

Yes, a generator is available here. The generator supports all lights and fans for up to 2 hours. Please note: Air-conditioners, geysers and other heavy appliances are not supported by power backup.

An iron can be provided at an additional cost. A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1750 for 3 hours. Barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per kilogram. An extra bed for children above the age of 12 years can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per child. If a bed is not required, an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person will be levied. Please note, in this case, only one extra person will be allowed in each room. The washing machine can be provided at an additional cost. Heaters can be provided in 3 rooms at an additional cost of Rs. 300 per heater, per night.

While the most important thing about your time here will be spending quality time with your loved ones in a beautiful and private space, the following activities may add a touch of entertainment to the experience: Within the property, guests can enjoy indoor games such as Jenga, Uno, Chess, Ludo, Pictionary, or outdoor games such as badminton, cricket, and carrom. No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

The villa is located in a relatively secluded area, 9 km. away from the closest marketplace. Hookah is banned by the Government of Tamilnadu and guests cannot bring or use it at the villa. Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around. Mobile networks such as Jio/Vi work fairly well here. Heaters will be provided in 3 out of 5 rooms. Given the pleasant weather all year round, the premises of the property are not equipped with AC or fans. The last 0.5 km. leading up to the property might not be concrete. There are CCTV cameras that capture the exteriors of the property for security purposes. Please be aware that the bonfire is only accessible until 10 PM due to restrictions imposed by the panchayat.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.
