We can provide accommodation for up to 2 male and 2 female staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. Accommodation can also be provided for drivers as well. The staff will be accommodated in-house.

Guests do not have access to the kitchen. All meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis. Outside meals and food are strictly not allowed. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

The pool is 35x25 sq.ft in size and about 4ft. in depth. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet. Guests can access the pool between 06:00 AM to 09:00 PM. The pool is shared between both the units on the premises.
Guests do not have access to the kitchen. There are a total of 8 bedrooms spread across 2 Units out of which guests have access to only 3 bedrooms of Unit 2.
The stay is a part of a gated community. The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. This home is not suitable for senior citizens, wheelchair users and guests with mobility challenges. There are CCTV cameras that capture the living rooms and external areas of the villa for security purposes. In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 48 hours. The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. A baby bassinet can be provided upon demand. All-male groups below the age of 33 are not allowed.
In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.
