Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker lives nearby the villa.

Guests can access the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per day. However, elaborate cooking is not allowed. A chef can be arranged at an additional cost. Raw materials will be charged as per actuals. Guests can also eat out or order from nearby restaurants like Ustaadi, Ravine Hotel, Delhi Darbar, and Mapro Garden. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

The kitchen is equipped with a Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave and Oven. Crockery and cutlery are available for 20 people. Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, elaborate cooking is not allowed.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed! While we do ensure the space is clean and comfortable for you, being a home, it may not mimic the feel of a hotel. However, if there is any lapse in terms of cleanliness, please inform the caretaker, and we would also appreciate you bringing it to our notice. No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

The pool is 4 ft. deep. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.

There is no restriction to access any part of the house.

Guests are requested to shut all the windows and doors when leaving the premises. - The check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 am Early check-in and late check-out can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per hour. Guests are requested to refrain from moving any furniture. Children below the age of 12 are not allowed in the game zone as a precaution. During festivities like Holi and Diwali, the use of colours and the bursting of crackers is not permitted. Kindly remove your footwear outside the villa to ensure cleanliness. All-male groups are not allowed at the property. Mobile networks such as Jio/Vi work fairly well here. The trampoline is only accessible to children under the age of 15. Adult supervision is advised.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission/ entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.

You can pay the security deposit along with the rest of the booking amount. If there are no damages/breakage to/in the property, if the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, then the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link. This will be done within 3 working days from the check-out date.

Guests have access to the entire villa except two rooms at the top floor. This villa offers a perfect mix of luxury and comfort with its mountain facing views. Private rooms with complete privacy are guaranteed to ensure that the guests have a memorable stay. There are farms in Panchgani & Mahabaleshwar where the guest can have a unique experience of organic farming of various fruits and vegetables. We can organize an organic farming tour at an added cost. The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is also present to serve you on demand. Apart from this a trained and a responsible caretaker is also present at the property to solve all your queries whenever required. The entire villa staff is well trained. Thus a comfortable stay is assured altogether!
