Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM.

Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis. Breakfast will be served after 9 AM only. Please place the orders 6 hours in advance. Guests can eat out or order-in nearby restaurants like Iheart Cafe, Darjeeling Cafe, The Good Old Cafe and Cafe Lakeside. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

Barbecue kit is available at no additional cost. A service charge of Rs. 500 will be levied. Ingredients and coal will be charged as per actuals. Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session for a duration of 1.5 hours. The guest vehicle will be sanitised by our staff at a one-time additional cost of Rs.500. A basic photography course can be availed at no additional cost. All golfers are in for a treat, a golfing session can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 per person. This is subject to availability. A scenic can be set-up at an additional cost of Rs. 1100 per person, inclusive of BBQ, food and setup. Boat and transportation costs will be additional. No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

Unfortunately, we are unable to allow unmarried couples to stay here unless they’re a part of a bigger group. This is in no way moral policing, but a policy this particular place adheres to in order to prevent illegal activities. However, most of our partner homes do allow unmarried couples. Access to the first and second floor of the villa is restricted.

Luggage will be sanitised by our staff before entering the property, along with sanitisation of hands, clothes and shoes. Guests are advised not to step out before sunrise and after sunset, as it may not be safe given the presence of wild animals around. There is a CCTV camera installed for security purposes. The host resides on the first and the second floor of the same property. Accommodation for the personal staff will be arranged in an outhouse. Only family groups are hosted at the property. Stags are not allowed at the property. Mobile networks such as Jio/Vi work fairly well here. Water is very limited in the hills, therefore guests are requested to close taps and showers when not in use and conserve water. Kindly do not wash clothes in the bathroom. Visitors are allowed on prior notice and are allowed for a limited time only. Guests are requested to inform the owner if incase they require entry into the house post-midnight. Please always keep the main door and verandah doors shut. Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. Any damages will be charged as per actuals.
