The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.

Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at no additional cost. Breakfast is complimentary. All other vegetarian can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 700 per person, per meal and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per person, per meal. Alternatively, a cook can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per day. Groceries will be charged as per actuals. Breakfast will not be complimentary in this case. Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, water purifier, toaster, griller, refrigerator and a mixer-grinder. Crockery and cutlery are available. Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.

When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed!

If you wish to step out, here are a few of the activities that we recommend around here: Get your feet to some mountain climbing and rappelling. Explore the thrill of paragliding. Get your hands to some unconventional activity like winemaking, also known as vinification. You cannot say no to Shopping in Mussoorie at places like Kulri Bazaar and Landour Bazaar.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

There are CCTV cameras installed near the parking area, entrance, living area, lawn and dining area for security purposes. Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.
