The housekeeping staff and chef stay on the premises of the same property. The caretaker can run errands at an additional cost of Rs. 100 per visit.

Guests do not have access to the kitchen. All Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. The costs for the aforementioned food offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. Guests can also eat out in nearby eateries like Fat Plate, Valentino’s and Shan-e-Manali Restaurant. Outside food is strictly not allowed. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

The kitchen is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

There is a CCTV cameras installed near the lobby at the main entrance. There is a friendly resident dog residing in the premises of the same property for security purposes. Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. There is a 400-metre steep road leading up to the villa.

In general, this is not permitted. However, on request, within reasonable limits and with prior permission, entertaining guests may be allowed. Please let the team know details such as number of guests and approximate time of visit well in advance. Visitors would have to carry valid IDs. There may be an extra charge associated with entertaining guests.

If the number of guests staying does not exceed the number of guests booked for, and if the check-in and check-out times are adhered to, the amount will be refunded to you via a simple link.
