Yes, pets are most welcome here, however, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets. Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. Please keep them supervised at all times to ensure there are no damages caused, and most importantly for their own safety in an unfamiliar space.

Yes, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to help you. Housekeeping will be taken care of. If you require any additional help, you can ask the caretaker, and they may charge a small fee for the same. If you are satisfied with the service, please feel free to leave a tip. The caretaker lives on the premises of the property. All staff members are fully vaccinated.
Guests do not have access to the kitchen. All meals can be provided at an additional cost. All rates are on a per person, per day basis. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Outside food is not allowed at the property. Guests can avail the help of our on-ground staff for their meal requirements.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier. Crockery and cutlery are available for 20 people.
When you arrive, you will find a set of fresh linen laid out for you. Linen is changed upon request to avoid wastage of water caused by unnecessary laundering. Please do let the caretaker know whenever you wish to have your bed sheets or towels changed! While we do ensure the space is clean and comfortable for you, being a home, it may not mimic the feel of a hotel. However, if there is any lapse in terms of cleanliness, please inform the caretaker, and we would also appreciate you bringing it to our notice. We take your feedback very seriously, and take immediate actions to resolve your concerns.

No. We promptly report the use of drugs or any other type of illegal activity to the police, and they tend to offer an alternate accommodation that is not quite as pleasant as this lovely home. We would not recommend it at all!

The pool can be used from 7 AM to 9 PM. The pool is 4 ft. deep. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. Pets are not allowed to enter the pool. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.

Tempo travellers and mini buses are not allowed as they cannot enter through the internal road and gate.The living room does not include AC and cooler. Pets are not allowed in the pool. A complimentary tour of York Winery can be arranged on prior notice. Footwear is not allowed inside the villa. Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here. Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members. Kindly keep all windows and doors shut throughout the day, especially during monsoons, given the presence of insects around. This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik. Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
